Join Folger Education and two incredible mentor teachers for our first professional development session of 2025!
Get your students working directly with “the real thing” by using Tossing Lines and Two-Line Scenes. It’s the perfect way to get your students working with Shakespeare’s Language on Day One.
We’ll also explore:
- How Choral Reading can get your students to examine identity and perspective by using Desdemona’s speech from 1.3.
- Paired Texts that get your students into the sweep of history. We’ll get into Clint Smith, Langston Hughes, and Paul Laurence Dunbar.
