Synopsis:

Some Germans want to hire the Host’s horses.

Enter Host and Bardolph.

BARDOLPH  2289 Sir, the Germans desire to have three of
2290  your horses. The Duke himself will be tomorrow at
2291  court, and they are going to meet him.

HOST  2292 What duke should that be comes so secretly? I
2293 5 hear not of him in the court. Let me speak with the
2294  gentlemen. They speak English?
BARDOLPH  2295 Ay, sir. I’ll call them to you.
HOST  2296 They shall have my horses, but I’ll make them
2297  pay. I’ll sauce them. They have had my house a
2298 10 week at command; I have turned away my other
2299  guests. They must come off. I’ll sauce them. Come.
They exit.
