Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead rehearsals are crackling along at the Folger and we’re delighted to announce that Ian Merrill Peakes will be joining the blog during the run of the show! He is playing “The Player” in R&G and will be bringing you backstage updates as the show moves into its second week of rehearsal here at the Folger.
Ian was last seen at the Folger in 2011 as Iago in Othello and can be heard on the recent Folger Audio editions of Othello, Hamlet, Macbeth, Midsummer, and Romeo and Juliet. Check out photos of his past Folger performances below and stay tuned for his first post!
