Su Fang Ng

Su Fang Ng is Professor of English at Virginia Tech with broad interests in early modern literature. In addition to numerous articles, she has published Literature and the Politics of Family in Seventeenth-Century England (CUP 2007), Alexander the Great from Britain to Southeast Asia: Peripheral Empires in the Global Renaissance (OUP 2019), and Writing About Discovery in the Early Modern East Indies (CUP 2022). She is currently a Folger Long-Term fellow for 2023-24 working on East India Company diplomacy in Asia and early modern drama from Shakespeare to Dryden.
