Rebecca Laroche

is a Professor of English at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and, while on sabbatical this spring, is a Before “Farm-to-Table” Fellow at the Folger Shakespeare Library. She has published books and articles on Shakespeare, ecofeminist theory, early modern women, print herbal texts, and manuscript recipe collections. She is a founding and continuing steering committee member of the Early Modern Recipes Online Collective.
