is Professor of English at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She holds a PhD in English from Emory University and is the senior editor of the two-volume Cambridge Edition of the Works of Anne Finch, Countess of Winchilsea. Volume 1—Early Manuscript Books—has just been published; Volume 2—Later Collections, Print and Manuscript—will be published in Fall 2020. Keith has authored Poetry and the Feminine from Behn to Cowper (2005) and is currently completing another monograph: “The Arts of Exile: Anne Finch’s Poetic and Political Designs,” the first book-length interpretation of Finch’s career that integrates an analysis of her poems and plays with the material dimensions of their production and circulation in manuscript and print.
